Setting Up an Account

Tasty Things offers 30-day terms on invoices for those who hold a credit account with us. Otherwise, all payments are to be COD. To set up an account, please contact us at kingsley@tastythings.com.au and ask for a credit application.

Minimum Orders

The minimum order is 12 bottles.
Mixed cases are possible—see section below for more.

Mixed Cases

We offer mixed cases. If the average L.U.C. of the bottles that make up the case is $30 or above per bottle, this is free of charge. When the average bottle price is below $30 L.U.C. a $1 fee per differing SKU will be charged.

By The Glass Discount

A by-the-glass discount of 5% is available on most of our wines. The minimum order for a pouring discount is 24 bottles. Larger discounts for larger volumes can be discussed—please reach out!

Terms and Conditions 

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Matthew K. Shaw, trading as Tasty Things until paid in full. Until payment is received, we retain the right to enter the purchaser's premises or off-site locations where our stock is held—without notice and without liability in trespass—to take possession of goods supplied by Tasty Things to the value of monies owed.

Claims

Upon delivery, all goods will be at the purchaser’s risk. Please let us know of any issues with delivery immediately. For us to recognise a claim for damage or loss during transport, Tasty Things must be notified at the time of delivery. Claims of any other nature will only be accepted if made within 24 hours of delivery.

Credit Note Policy

We are happy to credit any of our wines that you are able to show are defective. All claims for credit must be within 7 days of opening the bottle and we may request the bottle and original cork back. We cannot credit wines that you have cellared yourself for an extended period and find to be out of condition once opened at a later date.
